Each year, more than 75,000 Marion County families struggle to make
ends meet because of parents who don't pay their child support.
The mission of the Marion County Child Support Division Enforcement is
to help children in absent parent families obtain the financial support
to which they are entitled. Child support enforcement services are
available to anyone who wants or needs help in collecting child support
through a network of state and locally run offices operating in every
county.
The Marion County Child Support Division maintains this web site to
enhance public access to information about the department's services.
