
The Nightline program was
created to increase public access to legal information about child
support. Typical calls include questions about qualifying to
receive child support, what to do if a father is not paying or denies
paternity and legal questions about the child support collection
process.
If you would like the
opportunity to discuss you case or schedule an appointment with a
Solution Center Representative after normal business hours, you may take
advantage of our extended night-line service by calling (317) 327-1800.
Our night-line program is offered on most Wednesday evenings from 5:00pm
to 7:00pm. A Deputy Prosecutor will also be available to answer
any legal question regarding your child support case.
Our trained Nightline
representatives can accurately answer general questions. However,
a staff of child support lawyers will be on to address specific legal
issues related to your child support case.
While your nightline
representative should be able to meet the majority of your information
need, question may arise that can only be answered following a review of
your case file. Should this occur your Nightline representative
will schedule an interview by phone so your case manage can update you
at a mutually convenient time.
